Tiong honour his pledges of donating RM 150,000 to the proposed Kidurong Anglican Centre

Bintulu Oct 29 2011: The member of Parliament for Bintulu Dato’Seri Tiong King Sing JP honour his pledge of RM150,000 to the proposed project of Kidurong Anglicant Centre (KAC) here tonight.

In a fund raising dinner organized by St Thomas Parish Bintulu held here at Madarin Restaurant tonight, contribution of Tiong as a cheques handing over to the church committee lead by Igat Das the Chairperson for the porject, whereby announced by a committee member of KAC Cluny Belawan. 

The organizing chairperson Igat Das said the proposed RM2.7 million Kidurong Anglicant Centre in Kidurong will the second of its kind beside Kuching for church activities for better unity of brotherhood of Anglican in northern and central zone.

He wished with the blessing of the Prime Minister, the proposed Church project which its fund was still far from target would be materialized as soon as possible. 

Among those who present were Archdeacon Solomon Cheong, representative of Anglicant Diocese of Kuching, Reverend Stanley Bunseng, Canon Jamal of St John Sibu,  Canon James Johari of St Augustine from Betong, Reverent Joseph Dusit, Saint Philip from Lubok Antu, Delegate from Brunai and Delegate from Good Shepherd Lutong Miri.
