| Bintulu, Saturday: In conjunction with Malaysian's 44th National Day
Celebration, youth wing of SNAP party Bintulu will organized a "Merdeka
National Day Concert".
Thomas Ng, the organising chairman of the activities said the objectives of the concert was to calls for the people to treasure the stability, peace and harmony we enjoyed now after 44 years of "Merdeka (independent)" as well as for the entertainment of the locals. He said, the concert would be participated jointly by popular singers from local and overseas. In addition, he said Mr. Liaw Teck Lung, a wellknown bodybuilder was also invited to the rendezvous. Beside, he said a famous Taiwanese comedian Chang Tik, and Chen Zye Pek would undoubtedly entertain and amuse the audiences. The only patron of night was the Member of Parliament for P190 Bintulu, Dato' Seri Tiong King Sing and the concert would start from 6:30pm until 12:00am without any speech.
