| Bintulu, Sunday: In responding
to the calls of Prime Minister Dato' Seri Dr. Mahathir, Member of Parliament
for Bintulu Tiong King Sing urged the people here to hang the state and
national flag to welcome the coming 44th National Day celebration.
He said this after lauching a private ceremony of Jin San Transport Contractor Sdn. Bhd yesterday of putting up the national and state flags to all company's vehicle during the Merdeka month to show their patriotism. "We all must treasure the hardship went through by the leaders to achieve our independence and the achievement of Malaysia so far", said Tiong. He also encouraged the public transports as well as private vehicles or shopowner of commercial sector to follow the example of Jin San to show their love and proud of being Malaysian. Meanwhile, the managing director of the company, Thomas Ng disclosed that national and state flags will be placed of the company vehicles as responding to the calls of Prime Minister. He also wished the country and state would always be prosperous ,following the achievement of Malaysia of its racial hormony as well as its political stability...END WITH PHOTO. |
