The jobless suspect was charged today under Section 448 of Penal Code allegedly to have committed an offence under section 448 of Penal Code by illegal trespassing into the victim's room at a residential wooden house at Kampung Datuk here, with intention to raid of her modesty on October 17 at 1:30am.

Following the cries of the victim,  the parents of the victim were later
awaked and rushed to room. The suspect was pinned down and arrested by the police personnel later. 

Meanwhile, in another separate case of snatching a handbag of a woman, three youths ages from 24 to 29 were ordered to be remanded for 8 days by the Magistrate's Court here.

The three youths were allegedly to have involving in a snatching case of a woman's handbag containing about RM3000.00 cash with other valuable belongings on October 25, this month at 12:05pm, in front of a bank along Sommerville Road here.

Acting upon the report, the first suspect was arrested on the same day
at1:00pm along Abg. Galau Road here.  Following the arrest and further interrogation, another two accomplices believed to have involved in the robbery were arrested later on the same day.

After hearing the application of police under Section 117 of Criminal
Procedure Code, the Magistrate Robert Pasang Alam had ordered the suspects to be remanded for 8 days to facilitate the police's investigation and the case was fixed to be mentioned on November 6...END.
