Treasurer-general of SNAP, Dato' Tiong King Sing said today that the project is expected to be completed before the National Day as they have the plan ready.

He said there were many complaints about the damaged wharf and walkway and SNAP took up the responsibility to repair it to benefit the people.

He pointed out that the wharf is used by  the rural folks and people from the opposite bank to send the patients to the hospital.

Therfore, he said a good wharf and walkway is vital for them as this will be the main access to reach the hospital faster.
